As a licensed General Contractor with an unlimited project size license, we are able to accept and complete any sized project from single family home to a 20+ bedroom investment short term rental.

We enjoy focusing on new residential construction. Having built more than 75 luxury short term rental focused cabins / homes in East TN over the years, we enjoy the creativity and attention to detail involved in our craft. We have the knowledge and expertise to guide you, the owner, through every decision involved in the build process. 

Focusing in developing, designing, building, and furnishing: We have a wide spectrum of timings involved with our projects. The pre-construction phase of designing and developing your dream, combined with the actual construction post - permit can take 18+ months. On average, from ground breaking, our projects take 10-13 months.

We prefer to operate on a fixed price contract build, with you as the beneficiary. With us assuming the risk in offering you, the client, a fixed rate, you’re guaranteed a positive role in the builder - owner partnership. Our costs to build can vary based on the land topography, build complexity, and timings desired in completion. 

We have a team of 12 currently. We prefer to control as much throughout the process as possible, while building at a scale that is able to maintain quality as a small family - owned company. We use a structure of project managers / assistants, designers, quality control, administrative, and an in-house custom carpentry team to build with efficiency once permitted. For our development needs and trades, we lean on long-lasting relationships to be our partner in perfecting your dream.

As an all-inclusive new construction company, we can help you navigate the muddy waters of building from the ground up. We have an immerse knowledge of developing land for new construction within all of the jurisdictions in Sevier County. We will help you make the best decisions for your locational and budgetary desires throughout the process.

Currently, we service all of Sevier County. We can take on projects throughout The Great Smoky Mountains (Gatlinburg, Sevierville, or Pigeon Forge). We see these mountains as a blessing to work in every day and want to continue to see our home develop for the better!

Absolutely, we offer a structural and workmanship 1-year guarantee. Oftentimes, we are a medium between our trusted partners who complete work within our process and are subject to their warranties provided. We take the steps to build with integrity to insure “good bones” on every project we complete.
